We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Pottery
Carefully pack your items in their original box, ensuring they are well-protected with the original padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
