Are your pottery items dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our earthenware is dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend using a low-temperature cycle and liquid detergent to maintain the vibrant colors of the hand-painted designs. Please note that our hand-applied gold toast items are not suitable for microwave use.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 working days. For international orders, delivery times vary by region but generally arrive within 7-14 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy for homeware items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer personalization on your mugs and plates?
Yes, we offer a bespoke personalization service on many of our iconic patterns. You can add names or special messages to select items, which are then hand-painted by our decorators in Stoke-on-Trent.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging to arrange a replacement.
